A rich blend of Classical, Blues & Jazz lends their music a unique texture bordering between Indian Classical to World Music. They re-contextualise Indian rhythms and melodies, taking them and placing them in the middle of jazz rock fusion and light funk. Winners of the Herald Angel and The Tap water Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Mrigya has successfully toured New Zealand, Singapore and the UK.
