| Mining and construction equipment major BEML Ltd has signed a partnership agreement with Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd to offer total solutions and services to coal and non-coal industries.The tie-up will augur well for both the companies in their respective businesses, a BEML release said,The defence PSU would ensure mine planning, application engineering study, equipment selection study, supply and maintenance of equipment. MECL would be responsible for exploratory activities such as mine survey, planning and design. The partners would also rope in an established player to take up mining operations. "The PSU partnership will offer specialised and mining exploration-related services for all coal and non-coal, metal, mining stocks allotted to various institutions and companies and will help to accelerate production of coal and metal ore in the country," BEML said.
