M/s BLS International Services Ltd have launched website: www.blsindia-southafrica.com which contains information about the requirements for passport and visa services, applicable fees and Online Passport/Visa application forms. Kindly note that handwritten or old Passport/Visa application forms would not be accepted.

Visa Applicants who are resident in Gauteng must choose Pretoria as their place of submission on the online visa application form as all Visa applications from residents of Gauteng would be processed at High Commission of India Pretoria only.

The Indian Passport and Visa Application Centres will cover the following services:
Indian Visa:  Tourist visa, business visa, student visa, entry visa, medical visa, conference visa, journalist visa etc. Indian Passport:  Fresh passport, re-issue/renewal of passport, duplicate passport for lost/damaged passport, re-issue of passport due to - change of name/addition of spouse name/change of photo/change of address; surrender of Indian passport; issue of police clearance certificate and any other passport related service.

Note:  The centres will not entertain applications for issue of PIO/OCI cards /Consular Service/Attestation etc for which the applicants would continue to approach the respective High Commission/Consulate.

Service fee: M/s BLS International Services Ltd will charge a service fee of ZAR 48.00 (Rands forty eight only) inclusive of VAT and all other taxes for each  passport/visa application, in addition to the fees prescribed by the Government of India for various passport/visa services.

From 1st February 2013 onwards all applicants desirous of obtaining Indian passports/visa are requested to submit their applications to the respective Indian Passport and Visa Application Centres. No Passport/Visa applications would be accepted/delivered at the High Commission in Pretoria or Consulates General of India in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.
